Now that Labor Day has come and gone, school is back in session, and summer is winding down I always find more structure seems to find its way back into my personal and professional life. I want to share something deeply personal and important to me that I’ve been working on this summer. Along with my fellow founders, Caro Griffin, Maggie Schultz and Nicole Vasquez we are deeply honored (and so excited) to share the launch of Forward Fund.
Forward Fund is a group of women paying it forward in Chicago. Our mission is to support women in completing or making significant progress on a creative project or business venture.
Read more about our mission on our website www.forwardfundchicago.com
The Forward Fund, especially as we have just launched, needs to enlist the support of its online community to be social media ambassadors to get the word out. Social Media Ambassadors (SMA) are an online community who share the mission with possible applicants. In turn, you too can feel good about paying it forward. You see, women (and men!) supporting women.
SMA’s are critical to helping us expand our reach and share this grant opportunity with women who may benefit from the Forward Fund grant. Please, consider sharing and showing the world (or at least Chicagoland) that you want to pay it forward!! Become a SMA today!
Any blog posts, tweets, videos and photos may be incorporated into Forward Fund’s social media and promotional materials. Including the founders personal/professional accounts.
When should I share?
Now!! Our very first grant application went live in 2018! We open applications every quarter.
How does it work?
You can help promote using your online communities: blogs, Instagram, twitter, linkedin or facebook etc. You can also find details and the grant application on our website www.forwardfundchicago.com
I have more questions. Who do I talk to?
